Curried Eggs

Hard boil one or more eggs. Take the egg out of the shell. Mix 3 parts garam masala to 1 part curry powder (Penzey's Mararajah is best). Roll the egg in the spices. Then take a pot and pour in a good amount of olive oil. Then fry the spice covered egg in the olive oil until dark brown.
