Went to Arsagas on Crossover to hear the live jazz, which happens every Monday night. Very cool. The guys there even played a Sun Ra song. Granted, no Moog synth (as an aside, Sun Ra apparently never paid for his Moog according to this interesting book, Analog Days). The bass player, Jon Barrios was cool and very friendly. If you're free on a Monday night, you should go hear them.

During the drive back home, I turned on KXUA. Walt the Wizard was playing Dub Side of the Moon, a dub reggae version of the Dark Side of the Moon, by Pink Floyd. It's very very cool.
