Ok, maybe not the top one. It's a little grainy. But the other two are fine.
What software did you use? Nice job, BTW.
It's all Photoshop.
I plan on making some more in the same vein, some with more organic looking 'things' in the scenes, now that I'm getting a handle on Bryce. You'll see what I mean when I'm done.

Bryce is a lot of fun; I've been playing with it since version 3 and -actually- bought the last two versions. Let me know if you want some help or pointers some time. And here is a good chunk of my stuff if you're interested. Not a great site though....
