Things I want that I will probably never have:
A string section at my beck and call. Seriously. Massed strings are absolutely beautiful.
A castle. Without the peasants.
A mogwai. No gremlins, though.
Glow-in-the-dark orbs for mood lighting. Preferably green and blue.

Seriously Pete, you need someone to lord it over. What's the point of having a high tower in your castle unless there's peasants to lord it over, screaming "I am Zeus! Hurler of lightning!" while strung out on hallucinogens and naked, throwing spent flourescent light bulbs down on them.
Not that I... uh... would ever do such a thing....
