Listening to Cipolin Structure on KXUA. Will's show is very cool, and if you're not doing anything on Friday nights at 10, then you should listen to it. It's some of the best radio on in Fayetteville. He plays lots of really cool IDM, ambient, electronic listening music and such.

PitySing doesn't have a website yet. Any of my more web savvy friends want to help?
I knew it. "one recently-voiced theory has it that red hair is the genetic legacy of Neanderthals."

I'm pretty sure I've told this idea to about everyone I know who will listen. Nice to see that someone else had the same idea.

Oh yeah, and Mike has updated his Where's Mike? travel log.

Spent all day working on transferring songs from a tape to my computer for these friends of mine. They're called PitySing, and they are the best band in Fayetteville. They are good. They have this kind of roots music, more country than country down homey kind of feel. Now if only I could convince them to do "Kiss" by Prince in a bluegrass kind of style...

So anyway, Brian and Meredith and Rebecca are so talented. I'm fairly certain that my friend Ken would dig them (hi Ken). Next time they play I'm going to get my whole group of friends together and we're all going to go see them.

So I transferred the songs to my harddrive, edited out the noise, and did various incantations and spells to make them sound fuller and more lively. All in all, I'm pretty happy with them. I hope they will be too.

Remember the name PitySing. Best band in Fayetteville.

Then I spent the rest of the day working on a new jazzy downtempo kind of song called OrganicDepth. Not quite done, but I'm pretty happy with where it's going.

Guanajuato, where Mike is at right now, has a cool website. It even has an English and a French part.

And here is a map that shows where Guanajuato is.

And here is a cool site with some history of Guanajuato.
Had an odd dream last night about an old abandoned dormitory out in the woods. Squatters were living in it for free. It was quite unstable, and rocked back and forth in the winds.

Looking at doing some stuff in Flash. I have this crazy idea about making a psychedelic/abstract interactive game. We'll see. The learning curve may be too steep for me. Unfortunately, I didn't really pay too close attention when Mike was working on some Flash stuff earlier this year.
Was listening to the Secret History of Rock and Roll on KXUA tonight. It's cool, and it's got a website.
